Wire Rope Pulling Hoist
Wire rope electric hoists are widely used and very popular among users because of their characteristics, including a compact structure, lightweight design, safety and reliability, commonly used parts, good interchangeability, strong lifting capacity, and convenient maintenance.
The hoists are available in two types: stationary style and crab-style. The stationary style is divided into four models—A1, A2, A3, and A4—according to the position (up, down, left, or right) of the fixed trestle. It can be installed directly on the frame. The crab-style hoist, with its movable function, can be installed on a track. The CD1 model has a single-speed lift, while the MD1 model offers both standard speed and low speed.

Features of Wire Rope Pulling Hoist
The Reducer
The electric hoist adopts a three-stage fixed shaft helical gear transmission mechanism. The gears and gear shafts are made of heat-treated alloy, while the box body and cover are made of high-quality cast iron, with strict assembly and good sealing. The reducer is an integral part, and loading and unloading are crucial for its operation.
The Control Box
The wire rope electric hoist features a device that can cut off the circuit in case of an emergency and has an up-and-down stroke limit to protect the stop fire limit device. This ensures the safe operation of the electric hoist. The electrical components offer a long lifespan and reliable performance.
The Steel Wire Rope
The GB1102-74 (6x37+) type hoisting wire rope is used to ensure durability.
Taper Motor
The hoisting motor uses a tapered rotor braking asynchronous motor with a large starting torque, eliminating the need for an external brake. The motor's load duration is 25%, and the motor is insulated to class B or class F standards. The motor protection rating is IP44/IP54.
Push Button Switch
Manual operation is simple and convenient, with two control options: rope longitudinal control and cordless remote control.

- The altitude does not exceed 1000m.
- The ambient air temperature ranges from -20°C to +40°C.
- The ambient air humidity does not exceed 85% (at 25°C).
- Power: Three-phase AC, 380V, 50Hz. Motor terminal voltage fluctuation: ±10%.
- The electric hoist is generally installed indoors. If installed outdoors, a rain cover should be added.
If the above environmental conditions are not met, special orders can be made for non-standard products.

The motor uses a cone rotor design, combining both power and braking force.

Electric Wire Rope Hoist - Installation
- Used with LD and LX single-beam cranes.
- Mounted on a fixed suspended I-beam rail for linear or curved movement.
- Fixed installation for lifting or winching, divided into four directions: up, down, left, and right.
Electric hoists are not suitable for use in environments with explosive or corrosive gases. They are also not suitable for lifting molten metals, red-hot metals, or other flammable and explosive materials.
Packing & Delivery Terms
Hoists and electric parts will be packed in plywood crates to prevent damage from collisions and impacts during delivery.
Girders and other main parts will be packed in plastic woven cloth to prevent rust from damp conditions during transportation.
