Lifting Chain

Welding

The weld must be located in the middle of a link branch. Any excess material after welding must be removed. The diameter of the weld must not exceed the tolerance and must not be smaller than the diameter of the link.

Heat Treatment

The chain must undergo heat treatment according to the standard to ensure the correct temperature during the process. The temperature and speed of the heat treatment equipment must meet the chain’s specifications.

Elongation

The elongation under the test load (60% of the breaking load) must be less than 1.4%–1.6% to ensure that the product will not stretch or deform during use.
Under the breaking load, the elongation must be greater than 12% to ensure the toughness of the chain and guarantee its safety during use.
